I need parts for my Tronair product but cannot locate the Operation and Maintenance Manual. May I get the manual online?
Most manuals may be found online. Click on Technical Support then Operation and Service Manuals (you must log in to access this section, there is no cost to download). Make sure you have the model and serial number of the unit in question when requesting the manual

May I get a printed manual sent to me?
A printed manual must be ordered with a purchase order. Make sure you state the model and serial number of the unit on the order. These manuals range from $25 - $150 (contact Tronair for pricing). Or you may download a manual. Click on Technical Support then Operation and Service Manuals (you must log in to access this section, there is no cost to download).

How may I receive a quote on a product(s)?
There are three ways to receive a quote:
- Click on Ordering / Quotes then Quotes (you must log in to access this section) and fill in all fields
- Fax a quote request to Tronair at 419-867-0634
- Call Tronair directly at 419-866-6301 or 1-800-426-6301 and speak with a customer service representative.

When may I expect to receive a quote once I send my request to Tronair?
We attempt to answer all quote requests, in order received, within 24 hours.

How may I place an order?
Tronair requires all orders in writing by either fax or e-mail. Download by clicking on Ordering / Quotes then Order Form or call Tronair.

When is payment required?
Tronair must receive funds prior to shipping. Credit terms are available. Download a Credit Application by clicking on Ordering / Quotes then Credit Application or call Tronair. Complete the Credit Application and fax to Tronair at 419-867-0634.

Payment can be made by check, wire transfer or credit card (banking information provided when order is entered).

Once an order is placed, when may I receive the product(s)?
Every order placed with Tronair will receive a return acknowledgement with the expected ship date(s). If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of placing the order, contact Tronair to verify the order was received.

Does Tronair have an authorized service center in my area?
Yes. Tronair has service centers in Europe and Asia. Click on Service Centers then Asia or Europe for service centers abroad. Currently Tronair is the only authorized service center in the US.

How do I return a product to Tronair?
Tronair requires all items have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned to it prior to return. Download an RMA Form by clicking on Ordering / Quotes then RMA Form or call Tronair. Fill in all information and fax to Tronair at 419-867-0634. Tronair will assign an RMA number to the product and fax RMA form back to reference the return. Failure to obtain a RMA in advance of returning an item will result in a service fee.

What will the repair cost and how long will it take?
All repairs receive a quote, which will be faxed and must be authorized and returned prior to any repairs being performed. After authorization is received an expected completion date will be faxed back (in most cases repair will not exceed 4 weeks).
