In order to serve international customers better Tronair expanded internationally opening offices in the United Kingdom, Thailand, Australia and China. Tronair continues to open Authorized Repair Facilities globally.

Customer Service and Sales
Our customer service and sales team is ready to serve our customers from 8am until 5pm EST to answer questions. The customer service and sales team has over 100 years of experience with Tronair products and their applications in the field. The website allows customers to track orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week and it offers technical manuals, troubleshooting, maintenance schedules and product information.
Service Centers
Our global network of service centers allow our customers close and convenient locations to have any Tronair equipment repaired and tested. The authorized service centers have gone through extensive training at our world headquarters.
Manufacturing
Our Swanton, Ohio facility occupies over 300,000 sq ft. On-site processes include machining, fabrication, powder paint, 2- part epoxy coatings and assembly. Total control over the manufacture of our products enables us to produce the best GSE products in the world.
Quality
Every finished good is inspected prior to leaving our facility and no product is shipped unless it passes our 12 point quality inspection test. We are ISO 9001:9015 registered, utilizing the latest equipment in our laboratory.
Engineering
At Tronair, our engineering team consists of a team of engineers and designers with mechanical, electrical and electronic technical degrees including Masters, Bachelors and Associates. Our staff includes a Professional Engineer, an A and P mechanic, certified fluid engineer and a certified welder. All of our products are designed in SolidWorks or CATIA V5 CAD design software so they transition from a 3D model to prototype quickly and efficiently. Our engineers utilize multi-part finite element analysis (FEA) software to analyze our products before manufacturing to ensure they are safe and will last for years.
Information Systems
At Tronair, we have invested in an MRP system that allows us to achieve 99% on time shipments. Our IT infrastructure includes an IBM iSeries server, a fiber-optic Gigabit network backbone and an integrated secure website.
Accounting
Our accounting team is led by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a staff of degreed individuals.
